§1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online store twins-atelier.world with

A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
§2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is only concluded once we accept the order by sending an order confirmation via email.
§3 Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
The following payment methods are available:
- Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- PayPal
- Klarna (where offered in the store)
§4 Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made within Germany and to selected countries within the European Union.
Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days within Germany and 3–7 business days within the EU, unless stated otherwise.
Should an item be unavailable, we reserve the right not to fulfill the delivery. In this case, the customer will be informed without delay.
§5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
§6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in our separate withdrawal policy, available in the online store.
§7 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene Products)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to piercing jewelry and other body-worn jewelry.
§8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
§9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty on our part.
For all other damages, we are liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Liability for damages resulting from improper use of the products is excluded.
§10 Product Information
Our products are made of high-quality titanium and are suitable for use as piercing jewelry.
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that:
- the jewelry is used properly
- hygiene standards are maintained
- no individual intolerances are present
If in doubt, we recommend having the jewelry inserted by trained professionals.
§11 Age Restriction
The purchase of piercing jewelry is generally permitted only for persons of legal age.
By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have reached the age of 18.
§12 Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§13 Final Provisions
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Should any individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
