Delivery Area

We ship our products worldwide. All packages are sent via DHL.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be clearly stated to the customer during the ordering process.

Germany:

  • Standard shipping: €4.90
  • Express shipping: €9.90
  • Free express shipping for orders over €120

For deliveries to the EU, Switzerland, and the USA, shipping costs are as follows:

  • EU: €12.90
  • Switzerland: €19.90
  • USA: €29.90

Delivery Times

Delivery generally takes:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • EU and USA: 3–7 business days

Unless a different timeframe is stated in the respective product description.

Shipping Providers

Shipping is generally carried out via standard shipping providers (e.g. DHL or comparable carriers).

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

Delivery Notice

Should an ordered product become unavailable, we will inform the customer without delay. Any payments already made will be refunded promptly in this case.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon handover of the goods.

Transport Damage

If goods arrive with visible transport damage, we ask the customer to report this to the delivery carrier immediately if possible, and to contact us right away.

Customs and Taxes for International Deliveries

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are to be borne by you as the customer. These costs vary depending on the destination country and order value and will be communicated to you by the relevant customs authorities.

As the customer, you bear the return shipping costs in the event of a cancellation. To process your return quickly and easily, please register your return exclusively via our digital returns portal. There you will be guided step-by-step through the process and receive all further information as well as the correct return address.
